Had a really comfortable stay at good value for money. the room was bright. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - Clean bathroom. - Location was fantastic and incredible, next to the centre of town and Ubud Palace.

the breakfast is delicious and good with especially the pancakes and banana, as example, lots to choose from. thanks to all really friendly staff.

The rooms at Sayong House were huge and absolutely gorgeous, with a television and a balcony. the service was excellent, and the food was great. the location was very central, right by the pond, the Mask Museum, and the center of town.

it is conveniently located in the heart of the city, yet tucked away in a quiet street. the rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful carved wooden doors. the staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. breakfast is served on a private terrace, overlooking the plaza, and the pool is a nice touch. overall, a fantastic experience. cons: nothing all good! 😊.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and we liked how the location was perfect, close to everything in the area. the hotel offered great amenities, including air conditioning and in-room wifi. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a beautiful pool where we could relax and sunbathe.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. there was a slight unpleasant smell in our room, possibly due to bats living in the roof.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, tucked away in a central area with plenty of great food and the market within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the pool area was a nice addition for a quick cool down. The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed, and the complimentary breakfast was basic but satisfying. One of the best aspects was the helpfulness of the woman who ran the hotel, always with a smile on her face and willing to assist with arranging transportation and excursions.

The wifi in the room was quite poor, requiring me to go out to a cafe to get a good signal. The room itself had a damp smell, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly.
